About this policy

CJF Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Messianic Specialties at store.cjfm.workers.dev (the “Store”) and its customer and staff account areas. This policy describes the personal information handled through those services when you browse, shop, give, manage an account, or contact us. Other websites and services you visit through links from the Store have their own privacy practices.

Information we collect and where it comes from

Information about gifts, designated ministry support, and notes you choose to provide can reveal personal interests or religious beliefs. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or another person in order notes or other messages.

How we use information

Newsletter sign-up is separate from account sign-in and transactional messages. The footer’s Subscribe button opens our external newsletter sign-up form with your email address filled in. You can contact us about communication preferences; changing those preferences does not stop messages needed to complete a transaction or secure your account.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use the following services for the purposes described here:

We also provide delivery details to those who fulfill or ship your order. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect people, accounts, and our services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag and browsing choices, retain form information during navigation, and apply accessibility preferences. A guest bag, including an order note, is kept in a signed cookie that expires after 30 days; it is sent to the Store with requests and becomes part of our order records when you check out. Some preferences can remain in your browser until you clear them.

You can clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser, but doing so may remove your bag and preferences or prevent sign-in and checkout from working. Embedded payment and security services may use their own storage under their privacy policies. The Store does not use advertising trackers to build cross-site advertising profiles.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including operating accounts, maintaining donation and financial records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. The retention period depends on the type of record and those needs. Closing an account or making a deletion request does not necessarily remove records we need to retain for those purposes.

We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted staff permissions, and sign-in verification to protect information. You can review signed-in devices and remove sessions or passkeys through your account. No service can guarantee complete security. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been misused, and do not send payment card details or sign-in links in a support message.

Your choices and privacy requests

Account settings let you change your name and email, manage saved addresses, and review passkeys and devices. Where available, your account also lets you manage monthly gifts and their payment method. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of other information, or to ask about its use, contact us using the details below.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent, or make a complaint to a privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Applicable law and obligations to retain certain records may limit what we can delete or provide.

Children’s privacy

The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and address it.

International processing

CJF Ministries is based in the United States. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Their privacy policies describe their processing and transfer practices.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
